Description of Disposable Nylon Syringe Filter
The disposable nylon syringe filter is hydrophilic and alkaline resistant but not acid resistant. The nylon membrane material is suitable for general filtration membranes of aqueous solutions and most organic solvents and is suitable for the pre-filtration of most sample solutions. Normal sterilization can be performed at 121 °C without destroying the integrity of the filter, and is often used in the filtration of HPLC and GC samples.

It is not easily eroded in ketones, phenols, ethers, and high molecular weight alcohols. With good mechanical strength, heat resistance, and strong adsorption, the nylon filter membrane can withstand most organic solvents and alkaline solutions. The membranes of disposable nylon syringe filters are hydrophilic, do not need to be wetted in advance, have uniform pore size, have strong flexibility, etc.
The nylon membrane syringe filter is hydrophilic and has very low extractability, it is mechanically very strong and can be used in different applications, and has been extensively tested prior to packaging to ensure unmatched levels of extractability.
